Benjamin D. Kingston
Benjamin D. Kingston is Of Counsel with Kenealy Vaidya, LLP. Mr. Kingston has extensive experience in general and commercial litigation, as well as transactional corporate law. Previously, he was Director of Legal Services for a litigation funding company where he was the lead underwriter of multi-million-dollar commercial claims being considered for funding, managed a portfolio of investments with potential aggregate returns of over $250 M, and assisted clients and their handling attorneys with litigation, trial, and settlement strategy. Mr. Kingston offers a unique blend of creative problem solving, innovative ideas, and tried-and-tested methods to manage the legal and practical dynamics of rapidly changing business environments. He was recognized multiple times as a “Rising Star” by the Southern California legal community for exhibiting ethics, integrity and overall performance in litigation.
Mr. Kingston graduated with a bachelor of arts in both political science and philosophy from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1999, and obtained his law degree from Pepperdine School of Law in 2003. He is admitted to practice in California, including the District Court for the Central District of California, and in Nebraska.
